Professional Bull Riding has grown tremendously over the past 10 years. My dream is to one day turn on ESPN Sports Center to see highlights from the latest PBR Built Ford Tough Series event. The thought of that 15 years ago would have been insane. Today I think I can see a little light at the end of the tunnel but my opinions may be a bit skewed on this subject due to the fact I am engulfed with this amazing sport.
I rode bulls myself for 15 years and have been retired for 11 years. I have been an agent for Professional Bull Riders for the last 10 years along with raising bucking bulls. So, as you can see, the sport of Bull Riding has been a part of my life for the last 26 years. I’ve seen the sport from many different angles.
So back to my dream, Professional Bull Riding on ESPN’s Sports Center. I love sports center! That may be part of the reasoning for my dream but really it leans more toward my love for the sport of Professional Bull Riding. I’ve been a Professional Bull Rider, I’m currently an agent for Professional Bull Riders and I raise Bucking Bulls. I know the sport inside and out! I’ve seen the growth of this sport first hand. I’m excited about the growth but not satisfied. Because of my unique position, I know all about the sponsorship figures for these athletes along with earnings for the bull athletes. Yes the earnings are way better than they were 26 years ago and sponsorships back then were pretty much nonexistent but I believe these figures need to be more. I think that is a key factor in making the Sports Center dream a reality. Sports Center reports on sports that are main stream and involve athletes who rake in millions. Obviously, Professional Bull Riding is lacking in both of those categories.
I really believe the Professional Bull Riders Association (PBR) is doing all it can do to take this dangerous sport to the next level. Most people in this country grow up playing Baseball, Football and Basketball so they can connect with those sports as fans. That holds another key factor for the mainstream growth for Professional Bull Riding. Connection! The television broadcast of the PBR Built Ford Tough Series is helping with that but I think there needs to be more focus on introducing this sport to the youth of America. I don’t have all the answers on how that should be done but I do believe some sort of plan should be put in place. Maybe the PBR should dedicate a division for youth outreach. Like I said, I don’t have all the answers but hopefully this will be an area that is discussed. Who knows, maybe I will end up on a committee for this topic.
Until then the dream will stay alive! Next on Sports Center… da na na da na na!

Let’s discuss our points of view and opinions. In todays world nobody can be surprised by anyone’s confessions. You hear so many shocking stories everyday than ordinary problems are not to be bothered about anymore, in the sense of gossip, of course.
Most of men don’t like being talked about. Especially when it comes to their sexual potency. They want to impress ladies with being delicate good lovers and when they are not – something breaks inside them. They become very vulnerable and sex turns into their touchy subject – the one to avoid.
Erectile dysfunction has taken over the world. We don’t want to be funny about it or try to make it sound like a joke. Because of the fact that people are so addicted and dependent on bad habits and inadequate lifestyle it is difficult to stay healthy.
For the past years the issue has been talked about a lot. Doctors have been interviewed, men have been tested, and women have been asked. Different people have different things to say but mostly everybody agrees that erectile dysfunction can and should be treated.
If you ask any Medical specialist about erectile dysfunction they will tell you that everything big starts with little. Most men want to see result here and now and when they don’t’ see in within an hour they drop the idea of the treatment. This is the wrong attitude to have and mainly this attitude leads people to the problems they have.
Today men are ready to communicate but even 5 years ago they would hide away and try to shut themselves off fro reality that they thought was totally unfair to them. Due to the medical progress many different drugs appeared – some of them better than the rest but there is always a variety to choose from depending on the prescription.
Viagra is one of the most recognized pills by name and color. The color of the drug is blue so people have also given it the name – “blue pill”. Millions of men across the country have seen the light at the end of the tunnel with this pill. They confess it is exactly what makes them happy in bed. It is a little confidence secret that satisfies the whole couple.
There are a few rules to remember if you are about to start your Viagra treatment with the doctor. First of all, yes it is a prescription drug that has a particular dosage. If taken out of proportion the drug can take your body to an unsafe level and not let go. If you overall body state is diagnosed as weak you might ask your physician if the erectile dysfunction treatment is right for you. There might be some other way out of the situation but everything is strictly individual. What gives you side-effects might not do for us and vice versa.
The main Viagra working principle is increasing the flow of blood to the penis and its surrounding areas. It acts as a tonic for arteries and veins that surround your penis. As the regulated blood supply in the penis, it is not problematic to produce an erection, showing your sexual stimulation.
The drug should not be portrayed as you life-time pill that one should consume once in their life but usually it is a treatment that lasts for as long as you want to be sexually active. One dose per day is more than enough to be totally satisfied showing some continuous love to your partner and getting back the lost self-confidence. Try it – you will enjoy your sex … and this is something you can trust!
04 NovFailed Online Marketing
You know how it is you read all these ads you visit all these websites, and they tell you it’s so easy … well, is it really that easy?
I’m not so sure about that. I’ve certainly had my ups and downs with online marketing, and I continue to learn, but I still remain optimistic. Believe me, it’s been a complete roller coaster ride, and I’ve had some great difficulty and I’ve had some very small successes, and I’m finally getting to the point where I can see a possible light at the end of the tunnel. Not to say there isn’t a great deal of work left to do, but I’ve had my own failed online marketing experiences and from these failures I’ve made great strides in my learning. I’m sure you’ve heard it before. You learn more from your failures.
When I look back on my own experience, I had a very conventional business in my past. I owned an outfit called Mobilator Van Service in Hoboken New Jersey.
I started the operation completely from scratch with absolutely no experience whatsoever. I started with a Ford van and my initial target market was rock ‘n roll bands. I was taking them to and from gigs. I was an aspiring musician myself and I reckoned this was a great way for me to create some income and stay on a rock ‘n roll schedule. Working a traditional day job was nearly impossible.
As time went on, I began to realize that the rock ‘n roll market and bands were highly unreliable as a source of income. Quite frankly, they were certainly just as broke as I was.
In retrospect, I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing and if anyone had told me, (like I would have listened), what would be required to build an actual business I would have puked.
As time went by people asked me to do other things because they knew I was available.
Here I was in a vacuum, and the demand filled it. More and more my little Ford van and I turned into a business. People were asking me to move their apartments other small businesses didn’t want to keep a vehicle in the city, so as long as I could do it I would often get the job.
I remember my first non-rock-n-roll band gig. A guy hired me that had a cast-iron stove he wanted to sell to someone in Brooklyn. I was excited to have this “legitimate” courier delivery from Hoboken to Brooklyn. My rate was an hour. I figured by the time I got back from Brooklyn I would easily be in the range of and this was all I needed to survive at the time. Little did I know he was going to depend on the sale of the cast-iron stove as a means to pay the freight?
We got to Brooklyn and the prospective buyer looked over the stove and decided he was no longer interested. Slowly I began to realize that this cat was about to start working me over. .00 bucks is all I got. Maybe I made around /hour. My time- My vehicle-My fuel. Can you say “failed online Marketing”?
This can hardly be considered a successful exchange of goods and services.
Did I give up? No. I didn’t give up, I just stuck it out. Maybe I didn’t know any better, but if I had I really stopped to think about it I would have quit out of frustration. I would’ve concluded there was no way that I could make a living driving around in a van carting peoples stuff around, but I was so wrong and I was wrong, because of things I didn’t even understand.
Not only was I completely naïve, but I really didn’t have any other alternatives. I had no other real skills. I only had a high school education and my real focus was playing music so I considered working or having a job is something which was a necessary evil. And as long as I could make the minimum to pay my rent and put food in my mouth then I was good.
And you know what? Through trial and error that business grew into a couple of trucks with employees totally legitimate with insurance licensing and all necessary assessorial nonsense that any qualified business would have. In its final days Mobilator Van Service was supporting me my wife my child and a couple other folks too.
I had to fail for a while to make that business work. And I figure I’m going to have to deal with failed online marketing efforts as well. Such is the price we have to pay.
06 MarShort Sales Predictions For 2011?
Will we see an increase or decrease in Short Sale Activity in 2011?
It’s been a bumpy ride for short sales investors since 2008. Over the last two years a lot of banks have been less than eager to approve short sales, instead drawing out the process for long periods of time and ultimately halting short sales completely for a while at the end of 2010 because of the robo-signing debacle. So is there light at the end of the tunnel for short sale investors?
Short Sale Predictions
While I have continued to operate my short sales business successfully through this mess, I must say that it has become more difficult for a short sale to get approved by the bank, so it’s taken working on more deals to create the same income (luckily for investors, there are a lot of short sale deals out there). If the short sale predictions for 2011 that are reported in the news are correct we should see a significant increase in short sales a fewer foreclosures during 2011. One report released today explains it like this:
“According to global ratings agency Fitch Inc. and Managing Director Diane Pendley industry experts are expecting to witness more short sales and fewer foreclosures in 2011, an encouraging sign for homeowners in the D.C. Metro, northern Virginia and Maryland regions as well as those seeking alternatives to foreclosure. A short sale, or a sale in which a property is sold for less than what is owed on the mortgage, can be an effective alternative to foreclosure while allowing homeowners to escape the burden of bankruptcy. The Tania Ivey Real Estate Group, which services Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., offers a number of Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) to advise clients in the short sale process. Home sellers in specific areas such as Fairfax County VA, or Loudoun County VA are seeing the number of Short sales increase. If you are a homeowner in Leesburg VA or Ashburn VA trying to sell your house you are competing with numerous Short Sales. Even areas such as Great Falls VA and Vienna VA are seeing a major part of the market being short sold.”

Ultimately, the banks will be the ones that decide if they are ready to play ball in 2011. There will be no shortage of delinquent mortgages any time soon, and so it comes down to foreclosure or short sale for the banks. For both investors and homeowners alike, let’s hope the banks choose to start short selling more properties again.
